Terms of service
Subscription software.
The service
Pagorium provides subscription software (PayFlow, FoodLy, BillingFlow, and custom systems) so your business can operate from the cloud.
Plans and payment
Price, payment method, and renewal are agreed before you start. We do not publish a price that has not been confirmed with you.
Cancellation
You can cancel according to the plan you signed. After cancellation you have a reasonable period to export your data. Then we delete or anonymize it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available. Support is on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Nicaragua). Weekend messages are answered on Monday.
Allowed use
Use the software for your own operation. Do not resell access, attack the service, or upload data you have no right to store.
Who owns what
The business data is yours. The software is Pagorium’s.
Liability
The service is provided as agreed. Pagorium is not liable for losses caused by misuse, by data the customer entered incorrectly, or by outages outside our control, beyond what Nicaraguan law requires.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nicaragua.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page. Last update: October 3, 2026.
